We were in it for the long haul designing the future of food shipments.

The innovation-led team at Relish Works, a subsidiary of Gordon Food Services, tasked PinPoint with prototyping a new digital tool that would make long-haul food shipping more effective. Together with their team of experts, we crafted a physical prototype of a digital tool that we co-created alongside truck drivers.

We explored beyond pharma to innovate the patient journey.

The Osteoporosis-focused pharma company, UCB Biopharma, knew it was time for their team to think outside the box. A longtime patient-forward organization, they sensed their target patient was changing. They asked PinPoint to analyze pandemic behaviors to identify new approaches to the patient journey in order to differentiate their offering in the industry.

After 50 years serving Chicago’s most legendary pizza, Lou Malnati’s was determined to refine their strategy from family-owned to Chicago-essential.
